Week 2 Begins!

Week 1: lots of team building, pretesting, timed writing 1, syllabussing

Monday:

• Ordering of books
• Nicknames/stix
• Get schedule for first semester -- inside cover of notebook
• Make chart about what Test covers
• Read ch 1 -- notes on chart -- 5 for 5
• No homework! (Unless you haven't finished the summer reading assignment)

SL wrap up -- Plan project -- Due Wed. during exam time

2 hr block! READ-O-Rama!

follow schedule, through ch 17 by Tuesday

• quiz ch 4-6, questions in the booklet
• Burrows guest speak about Pearl
• start reviewing the chapters
• HW:  follow the schedule for reading!

Read thru ch 6 in Scarlet Letter

SL chapter 3

• fill out questions
• analyze chapter 3 for all codes
• get schedule for rest of the year

SL mean women

• chapter 2 analysis -- in circle 
• discuss SAT scores
• evaluate class
